Walter was our bartender at Kaya’s Place in Puerto Viejo. He certainly was an interesting man. Totally that guy that everyone in the neighborhood knows. He would serve you a drink, leave for smoke and talk to people who would drive up to chat, while you’re left to attend the bar for 20 minutes. He recommended for us to eat at Todo Es Posible, which turned out to be our best meal during our stay at Puerto Viejo.
